Our office is now open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 12 noon; 1 - 4:30 p.m. The office is closed each day for lunch between 12 noon - 1 p.m. Pursuant to Governor Beshear's Exective Order 2020-586, July 9, 2020, all clientele are required to wear face coverings. The building is now closed to small group meetings.

Complaint Procedure
Any employee who believes they have been discriminated against may seek resolution through a variety of paths. Discrimination may be reported to the Jenny Cocanougher, Director for District 4 - Ft. Harrod/Bluegrass at 859-257-7478 or supervisor. To initiate a complaint at the college level, contact Tim West in the Business Office at 859-257-3879. At the University level, Terry Allen and Patty Bender in the UK Office of Institutional Equity and Equal Opportunity (859-257-8927) may be contacted.
