Cooking together as a family can be a fun and healthy activity that fosters better relationships and teaches essential healthy habits, especially for families with children aged four to eight. On the third Wednesday of each month, families can come together to learn about improved nutritional education and discover budget-friendly, healthy meal options. This shared experience not only promotes better eating habits but also strengthens family bonds while maintaining a healthy diet.

Cloverbuds is open to youth ages 5-8 years old. Cloverbuds explores all areas of 4-H throughout the year. Creating crafts, and doing different educational activities together at the extension office. Contact Austin Brewer at abrewer8@uky.edu for more information.

Youth are able to spend 5 days, 4 nights at camp exploring new opportunities, participate in classes, such as swim, archery, canoeing,  and much more! They will build leadership skills and meet other youth from other parts of the state!
