4-H Baking Club

Join us on the 2nd Thursday of the month for baking club.
This club will teach youth how to make homemade goodies to be entered in the Fair during the summer!

The 4-H Jr. Cooking Group is open to youth in 3rd to 6th grade. If you want to learn to cook and try new recipes, the Cooking Club is the group for you! The program is designed to teach youth cooking skills such as techniques, utensil use, and basic culinary skills.

- Franklin County Cooperative Extension OfficeCooking together as a family can be a fun and healthy activity that fosters better relationships and teaches essential healthy habits, especially for families with children aged four to eight. On the third Wednesday of each month, families can come together to learn about improved nutritional education and discover budget-friendly, healthy meal options. This shared experience not only promotes better eating habits but also strengthens family bonds while maintaining a healthy diet.
